First pre-release book review is in for Little Human Accidents: Chaos Poems from the Brink (review by author/artist Peter Jelen). I believe the set publication date is September 1st, in time to be represented at Word on the Street Festival in Toronto.
“Little Human Accidents will crack open your mind like a tab. It’s a brave collection from a man who is unafraid to express the things we all think but don’t have the balls to say, let alone write down for the world to read. These Chaos Poems from the Brink read like a narrative that is woven together with excess, compassion, angst, self-loathing, and tenderness. Through these poems you will understand and come to know Old Marbs and if you don’t like him, I don’t think he cares. He just wants to write great poems that will evoke an emotional response to his words, suck you into his heart and make you listen to it beat. “Beauty is truth” and you can(‘t) get much more truthful than this.”
